Access to Personal Information
My Account Registration and Use
My Account registration is an optional service provided by our website. You do not have to register to browse or shop online. When you register, you are asked for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and a username and password that you select. You may also optionally provide information regarding your interests and home improvement projects or register your credit cards. This information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information.
Our Sites and Children
Our websites and mobile applications are not created for children. To our knowledge we do not collect information online from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and think we have information about your child, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
When you place orders on our websites, all your order information, including your credit card number and delivery address, is transmitted through the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. In no event shall Canaweld or any of the Third Parties be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of canaweld.com or content found herein, the operation of the web site, or any failure or delay in the operation of the website (including, but not limited to the inability to use any component of canaweld.com for purchases) even if advised of the possibility of damages.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Canaweld or any of the Third Parties should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the functions or uses of canaweld.com or its content, the liability of Canaweld and the Third Parties shall in no event exceed in the aggregate $250 CAD.

Changes to this Privacy and Security Statement
Effective Date: January 1, 2021 Last Revision Date: February 17, 2021 From time to time we may change our privacy policies. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy and Security Statement by posting an updated copy on our website. Please check our website periodically for updates. As part of this customization, we may collect information about your online behavior on our mobile applications, our websites or on other websites. We may also get information about your browsing history from our trusted business partners and vendors. This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of canaweld.com and these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping times may be impacted by Canada Post/third party carrier service disruptions or inclement weather so we cannot guarantee orders will be received before December 24, 2020 in all regions. For in-store pick up orders, consult your store’s pick up time estimate as you place your order
